Health Guarantee

Our Commitment to Your Puppy’s Health and Well-being:

We offer a comprehensive health guarantee with the potential for a full refund under the specific terms outlined in our agreement.

To ensure the health and safety of our puppies, our facilities operate under a strict “closed environment” policy. This means no outside dogs are permitted within our care areas, and our dogs do not leave. We also do not offer external stud services. Furthermore, to protect our current and future puppies and their new families, we maintain a no-visitor policy for our foster care. This decision is based on feedback from other reputable breeders and is designed to minimize the risk of introducing disease.

Our relationship with you extends beyond welcoming your puppy into their new home. While we sincerely hope for a smooth and healthy transition, we understand that a puppy’s well-being is influenced by various factors after adoption, including genetics, exercise, nutrition, and grooming. While no breeder can guarantee a lifetime of perfect health, we are committed to doing everything within our power to ensure your new family member is healthy when they leave our care.

We provide a [Specify Duration, e.g., 1-year, 2-year] genetic health guarantee against congenital, life-threatening, and untreatable defects. This includes, but is not limited to, significant heart defects (classified as Grade 3 or higher by a board-certified veterinary cardiologist) and severe, untreatable organ disorders. This guarantee does not cover conditions that are treatable.

In the unfortunate event that your puppy develops a congenital, untreatable, life-threatening defect covered by this guarantee, we will offer you a replacement puppy of comparable breed, sex, and quality when one becomes available. The adopter will be responsible for any associated transportation costs for the replacement puppy. To initiate a claim, we require a copy of the initial veterinary examination report and all relevant diagnostic findings.

We prioritize the health of our puppies through rigorous health screening protocols. This includes assessing the health of individuals who interact with our dogs and adhering to a comprehensive health evaluation checklist conducted by a licensed veterinarian before any puppy is released. We also ensure all puppies are current on age-appropriate vaccinations and have been properly dewormed.

As an additional safeguard and to activate the health guarantee for your puppy, we require that you have them examined by a licensed veterinarian within [Specify Timeframe, e.g., 48 hours, 72 hours] of receiving them. This allows for prompt confirmation of your puppy’s healthy condition upon arrival in their new home. We kindly request a copy of this initial veterinary report for our records.
